Thank you for setting the scene and feeling of our wedding. It was full of love, beautiful stories, and most importantly for us – not a formal affair. Pam was a fabulous support and provided a magnificent service to our family during a very difficult time. The memorial service that Pam conducted was heartfelt and such a wonderful tribute to our dear Charlene. We appreciate the professional yet compassionate manner which Pam displayed during the planning and delivery of the service. Always just a phone call away Pam took the time to work with us to make Charlene’s service very personal, nothing was ever too much trouble. Pam did a wonderful job for Peter’s funeral, both behind the scenes and on the day. It was a very hard and sad time for our family, and Pam’s personal, strong and caring touch made such a huge difference to us. There were over 500 people at the funeral and so many commented on what a lovely ceremony it was. Pam’s personal touch and extra assistance with everything from music to suggestions for readings was beyond the call of duty and I am so grateful for her help and professionalism

Pam was absolutely fantastic! The ceremony was perfectly catered to our style. It was honest and had a down-to-earth and natural flow, which was very important to us. Pam’s style and fresh outlook on the entire ceremony helped to make it suit us as individuals and it was better than we could ever have imagined. Pam maintained a professional yet casual persona throughout the whole process, she answered all of our questions and made us feel relaxed and comfortable, which was great because neither of us knew what the heck we were doing!
Pam was always conscious of what we wanted and of what she could do to ensure that all our wants and needs were met. We were absolutely thrilled with the ceremony and the way Pam presented it to us. All of our family and friends made comment as to what a great job Pam did and how they especially enjoyed her personal touch with a poem from the “Beatles” to us, which was an amazing contribution and surprise to us all!
